Overwatch: Notaku (character concept)

This is my concept of a character for the game, Overwatch. (with an inspiration of Calavera presentation)

Notaku (Growling Bear)
And this is not a japanese name or whatever. This is really a native american name who means Growling bear

History

After the Lunar Colony Horizon disaster, the rare data on the gorillas of the station were stolen by a rival scientist section. It saw the violence of the primate rebellion like an opportunity for military armaments and against Omniac hegemony. It launched into the creation of beast super-soldiers and after many failures, the section had finally its first succes, a humanoid wolf-bear-wolverine hybrid.

The young creature was tamed and biologicaly modified to become a ferocious living weapon with an incredible regeneration ability. But one day, the beast rebelled and escaped the laboratory but was badly wounded during his escape. The monster survived with his metabolism but he was saved by a native american woman who was isolated from the rest of the world. Despite the dangerous attitude of the mutant, the wise woman found a way to domesticate him...

Named Notaku, he was raised with the love of a mother to her child, followed ancient native american education and learned the importance of the Earth-Mother. But, between his past and the progressive destruction of their home and the earth by humans, an intense hate against humanity grows in Notaku, judging it as a parasyte who must be eradicated.
Aware of his rage, his adoptive mother told him the story of humans, theirs horrible acts as theirs noble actions and theirs inner struggles who torment them from immemorial time...
She asked Notaku to promise never succomb to this circle of hate and fear which her own kind has fallen in it so much time before. Notaku promised with bitterness...

Soon after, his adoptive mother went back to the Earth-Mother and Notaku left his home, travelling around the world, determinated to protect the Earth-Mother against those who destroy her.

Abilities

Left mouse : Tomahawk ("Native American cry".)
Notaku throws his tomahawk in front of him. The teleporter, stolen from his old masters, fixed on the axe brings it back to his hand. Effective in close and medium range.

Right mouse : Bear strike("Reap and tear!!")
Notaku swings his bestial arm, dealing huge damage in close range. If Notaku put an ennemy in low life with any of his abilities, this last will be highlighted, the next Bear strike will be a special attack who instantly kill it.

Z : Savage Regeneration ("The Earth-Mother protects me!")
Once this ability actived, Notaku absorbs all damages taken for a short period. Once this ability ends, Notaku gains a little amount of health according to damages taken.

E : Taunt ("Fight me!")
Notaku screams in front of him, in a short range cone. If one or two ennemies are hit by the cry, they must aim at Notaku for a short period.

A: Wrath of the Earth-Mother ("The fury of the Earth-Mother!")
Notaku canalizes the fury of the Earth-Mother and hit the ground, throwing any ennemy in the air. If Notaku takes damages during the canalization, the shock will throws ennemies further.

Strength and weakness.
After some Doom 4 videos, I wanted to create a rough warrior, an aggressive tank who need to be in melee to shine and protect his allies against close-combat specialists. As a slow character without good long-range abilities, he need to go with his allies to support him, until being released like a ferocious beast.

So, with his close-combat abilities, he's strong against characters like Reaper, Mc Cree, Roadhog and can be a needle in the foot to Tracer and Genji.
But because of his lack of long-range abilities, he's not very good against characters can keep him at distance (Soldier 76, Pharah,..) and those with crow controls (Mei, Junkrat)

Notaku: It's not humanity I hate. It's humans...

Notaku: Are you not angry to have been the laboratory rat of humans?
Winston: I've the luck to be with the human who make me what I am...

Mei
Notaku: Mei......I must say....your fight for our Earth-Mother inspired me more...
Mei: Ho, Thank you! From you, It's very touching.

Mei: Notaku, It is not my hair stick I've lost, in your hand?
Notaku: Hum..no! It's....not the same one...well...get lost!

When Notaku kills Mei
Notaku: I'm sorry....

Mercy
Mercy : The metabolism of our body is simply incredible! If I can study it, I'm sure I'll get precious data who will save so many lifes.
Notaku : No, thanks. I've bad memories with laboratories...

Soldier 76
Notaku: *grunt*...
Soldat 76: *grunt*...

D.Va: You're a mutant bear who loves video games and mangas, right? So cool!
Notaku: What the hell are you talking about?

In my idea, I imagine Notaku and Mei are a team and have for nemesis, Junkrat and Roadhog. Guardians of the Earth and environment against agents of chaos and destruction.

Roadhog
Roadhog: I'll hunt you down, you filthy beast!
Notaku: Try it and I will add you in my food reserves for the new winter...

Junkrat
Notaku: This damn laugh...I will stop it once and for all...
Junkrat: I'll transform you into a carpet long before! I'm sure we can get a good jackpot with your fur.

Victory pose

-Normal: Notaku sharpens the blade of his tomahawk with his claw and watch ferociouly the camera.
-Fury of the Earth Mother: Notaku uses his Wrath of the Earth Mother ability.
-Not even hurt! : Notaku takes some bullets, uses his Savage Regeneration ability and goes back to fight.
-Not your business! : Close-up shot on Notaku hand holding a hair. We see after Notaku watching tenderly it until he sees
